Bought a copy at the louisiana geek'd con and just wow its an interesting read and with the setting around shreveport can't wait to dive into the others
I loved reading this book. When I started reading it, I didn't want to put it down. When I went to work the next day, I found myself wanting to go home and keep reading it. There were awesome fight scenes, and it was highly entertaining. Nice twists and turns, that are not forced or just put there for the sake of having a twist. Some of the conversations between the characters seem unrealistic for the situation that is happening around them. Overall it was highly entertaining, kept me wanting more of Shadeskin. I recommend this book to anyone. Now for the second book (which there better be) I would like to see characters more fleshed out. Longer book. Answers. There is world waiting to be opened up, I can't wait to see the writers bring next.
This was a great read. I would recommend it, even to those who didn't typically enjoy fantasy books. I can't wait to get my hands on the next book in the series.
spectacularly creepy! Great story with interesting characters. The different authors give it different perspectives. Loved it and will be looking for more from this writing team.
I have to admit this is not a genre of book I typically read, but I found myself not wanting to put it down! Immediately I felt drawn into the scenarios that were being played out. I really think this should be a movie! Great job, writers! I'm looking forward to what's instore for us next!
